📢 Harlem Group is Hiring – Call Center Agent 📍 Location: Erbil About the Role: Harlem Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to serve as the first point of contact for customers. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across our automotive brands: Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, Ram, Jetour, and Soueast. --- Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls in a timely and professional manner • Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicles, services, pricing, and promotions • Record and update customer data accurately in the CRM system • Resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary • Schedule test drives and service appointments • Follow up with customers on inquiries, appointments, and feedback • Collaborate with the CRM & Sales teams to ensure smooth service processes • Maintain knowledge of vehicle inventory, new models, and service updates • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets • Perform other related duties as assigned --- Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or CRM role (preferred) • Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is required (English is an advantage) • Strong communication and listening skills • Good problem-solving and customer service abilities • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools --- What We Offer: • Competitive salary based on experience and skills --- 📩 How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to: [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
