📢 Professional Pastry & Bakery Chef Required – Basra, Iraq A startup company under establishment in Basra, Iraq is seeking a professional Pastry & Bakery Chef to participate in founding a project specialising in the production of sweet and savoury pastries and baked goods, with future expansion and branch-opening plans. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and develop recipes for pastries and baked goods. - Produce a diverse variety of sweet and savoury pastries. - Supervise product quality and standardise specifications. - Train team members on proper production methods. - Participate in selecting equipment and machinery. - Contribute to designing the production line prior to operation. Requirements: - Commitment to hygiene and food safety standards. - Proven practical experience in commercial pastry and bakery production. - Good knowledge of dough handling, fermentation, and baking. - Ability to work within a team and perform under pressure. - Experience and knowledge of equipment and machinery used in the field. - Ability to reduce operational costs while maintaining product quality.
