QASR AL MARAYA TRAVEL & TOURISM Seeking for B2C Sales Representative to Join Our Team JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title: B2C Sales Representative Location: Baghdad, Iraq , Al-Jami'a District, Opposite Al-Ayadi Residential Complex Department: Sales Department Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM OR 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM Working Days: 6 Days Per Week Salary: Starting from IQD 650,000 + Incentives Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused B2C Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling travel and tourism services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell travel and tourism services to customers. • Handle flight reservations (Domestic & International). • Arrange hotel bookings and tour packages. • Assist customers with visa-related services. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions. • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance. • Follow up with leads and existing customers. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. • Utilize CRM systems and sales tracking tools. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery. • Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Skills: • Experience using Odoo ERP for sales operations, customer management, and reporting. • Experience using airline reservation and ticketing systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar platforms. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. • Customer-oriented mindset. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. • Problem-solving and complaint-handling skills. • Good computer skills and CRM knowledge. • Fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills.. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Travel & Tourism. • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. • Strong customer service orientation. • Previous experience in Travel & Tourism is an advantage Compensation & Benefits: • Starting Salary: IQD 650,000 + Performance Incentives. • Professional work environment. • Career growth opportunities. • Ongoing training and development programs. • Opportunity to work within a growing travel and tourism company.
