Location: Baghdad – Karkh Salary: Negotiable Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction and real estate projects across all phases — from planning through final handover. Develop detailed project plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and manage approved budgets. Provide full on-site supervision, ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications and quality standards. Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, and oversee contract execution. Coordinate effectively between engineering teams, management, and all relevant stakeholders. Identify and monitor project risks, developing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Track project cash flows, monitor expenditure, and ensure alignment with approved financial plans.
