Job Title: B2B Corporate Telesales Specialist Location: Baghdad, Iraq (On-site / Hybrid) Industry: Hospitality / Luxury Hotel Sector Job Type: Full-time About Us: Baz hotel is a leading hospitality provider in Baghdad, catering to international corporate guests, engineering bureaus, and local enterprises. We are expanding our commercial team and looking for a driven, professional Telesales Specialist to build and manage our corporate client database and secure corporate booking agreements. Key Responsibilities: • Outbound Calling: Conduct daily professional cold and warm calls to companies, NGOs, oil & gas firms, and engineering bureaus in Baghdad to identify corporate travel decision-makers. • Database Building: Identify, verify, and document key contact information (HR Managers, Procurement Officers, Public Relations) into the hotel's CRM system. • Relationship Management: Pitch the hotel’s corporate rates, amenities, and event hosting capabilities to potential business clients. • Lead Conversion: Secure follow-up meetings or send formal corporate booking proposals via email. • Pipeline Tracking: Maintain precise, daily updates on call outcomes, email responses, and booking pipelines. Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or B2B sales (experience with telecom call centers or hospitality is a major plus). • Highly professional telephone manner with excellent communication and negotiation skills in Iraqi Arabic (English is a strong asset). • Proven ability to handle objections confidently and maintain a polite, respectful demeanor with corporate executives. • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, CRM platforms like HubSpot or similar). • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting daily call quotas and targets.
