تعلن شركة الابتداء للتجارة العامة عن حاجتها إلى: Logistics Officer (موظف/موظفة لوجستك) المهام والمسؤوليات: * إعداد ومراجعة جميع وثائق الاستيراد، مثل الفواتير التجارية، بوالص الشحن، شهادات المنشأ، وقوائم التعبئة. * متابعة إجراءات التخليص الجمركي والتأكد من استكمال جميع المستندات والتصاريح المطلوبة. * التنسيق المستمر مع شركات الشحن، ووكلاء التخليص، والجهات الجمركية. * متابعة الشحنات من بلد المنشأ حتى وصولها إلى مستودعات الشركة. * التأكد من التزام عمليات الاستيراد بالأنظمة والتعليمات المحلية والدولية. * معالجة أي ملاحظات أو تأخيرات تتعلق بالشحنات أو الوثائق. * حفظ وأرشفة جميع مستندات الشحن والاستيراد بطريقة منظمة. * إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة الشحنات وعمليات الاستيراد. المؤهلات المطلوبة: * شهادة بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في إدارة الأعمال، أو اللوجستيات، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة. * خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال اللوجستيات أو الاستيراد والتخليص الجمركي. * إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel وWord. * مهارات تنظيم وتواصل عالية، مع القدرة على متابعة عدة مهام في الوقت نفسه. * إجادة اللغة الإنگليزية قراءةً وكتابةً. موقع العمل: الكرادة خارج. على الراغبين بالتقديم إرسال السيرة الذاتية (CV) مع ذكر عنوان الوظيفة (Logistics Officer) عبر: [email protected] 07817155552 للتقديم عن طريق الموقع : https://khana.jobs/jobs/4366 فرصتكم ويانة أكبر 🧡
