Career Opportunity | Logistics Coordinator A leading company in the Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry is seeking to hire a qualified and detail-oriented: Logistics Coordinator Location: Baghdad, Iraq Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily land and sea freight operations. * Arrange and monitor local and international shipments. * Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, customs brokers, and clients to ensure timely delivery. * Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading. * Follow up on customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with import/export regulations. * Track shipments and provide customers with regular status updates. * Resolve transportation and shipment-related issues efficiently. * Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare operational reports. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations. * Strong knowledge of land freight, sea freight, and customs clearance procedures. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Experience with ERP or logistics management systems is an advantage. * Good command of English, both written and spoken.
