Darin Group- DC Towers project is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to join its team for a major high-rise construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety, particularly in tower and high-rise building projects. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits. • Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation. • Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for employees and subcontractors. • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports. • Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance on site. • Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work systems. • Coordinate emergency response procedures and evacuation drills. • Promote a strong safety culture throughout the project. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in construction projects. • Proven experience in high-rise buildings, towers, or large-scale construction projects is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and construction safety practices. • Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
