Postion: Visa Officer & Administrative Assistant Location: Iraq, Baghdad, Karrada Najmat Al Sindibad Company where located in Karada is seeking a qualified **Visa Officer & Administrative Assistant** to join our team. Requirements: * Previous experience in preparing, organizing, and processing tourist visa applications. * Prior work experience with a travel agency, tourism company, or visa processing office. * Good knowledge of visa requirements and documentation procedures for various embassies. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Proficiency in English (spoken and written). * Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. * Only forwho lives in Karrada Responsibilities: * Preparing and reviewing tourist visa application files. * Ensuring all required documents are complete and accurately organized. * Communicating with clients regarding visa requirements and application status. * Following up on visa applications and maintaining proper records. * Providing professional support throughout the visa application process. * Managing daily office operations and administrative tasks. * Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner. * Organizing meetings, appointments, and company schedules. * Maintaining office records, files, and documentation. * Assisting management with administrative and coordination duties. * Preparing reports, letters, and official documents when required. * Supporting client relations and front-office activities.
