Ability to stay up to date with industry developments and apply modern surveying techniques to improve work quality and project performance. **Skills** Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**, **Microsoft Outlook**, and **AutoCAD**. Strong communication skills in **Kurdish, Arabic, and English**. **Abilities** Excellent leadership, time management, and critical thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within strict deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. **Personal Attributes** Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. High level of social awareness and teamwork.
