IT Client Support Supervisor Faruk Medical City is seeking an experienced IT Client Support Supervisor to lead the delivery of reliable, high-quality IT support services across the organization. The successful candidate will oversee the IT Client Support team, ensure efficient service desk operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and deliver exceptional end-user support while maintaining agreed service levels. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise the IT Client Support team, ensuring high-quality and timely support for end users. - Oversee daily service desk operations, manage incident resolution, and handle complex technical issues. - Mentor and develop team members while promoting a customer-focused service culture. - Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve escalated issues and support IT projects. - Manage IT assets and ensure accurate inventory and lifecycle management. - Identify opportunities to improve support processes through automation and innovative technologies. - Monitor service performance, ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in IT Client Support, Service Desk, or End-User Support. - Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware support, and networking fundamentals. - Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and customer service skills. - Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. - ITIL Foundation or other relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
