فرصة عمل في Rootbyte Software Solutions تعلن Rootbyte Software Solutions عن فتح باب التوظيف للانضمام إلى فريقها في بغداد – اليرموك، للوظيفتين التاليتين: Field Sales Representative المهام: استقطاب عملاء جدد وتنفيذ الزيارات الميدانية. تقديم وعرض نظام ERP للعملاء. متابعة العملاء حتى إتمام التعاقد. تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية. تحديث بيانات العملاء وإعداد تقارير الزيارات. Customer Success Specialist المهام: استقبال العملاء الجدد وتنفيذ عملية الـ Onboarding. تدريب العملاء على استخدام نظام ERP. متابعة استفسارات العملاء وحل المشكلات بالتنسيق مع الدعم الفني. بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء لضمان رضاهم واستمرارهم. متابعة استخدام النظام وإعداد التقارير الدورية. المتطلبات: خبرة سابقة في المجال المطلوب (ويُفضل في شركات البرمجيات أو أنظمة ERP). مهارات تواصل وإقناع ممتازة. القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحقيق الأهداف. إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office. يُفضل امتلاك وسيلة نقل لوظيفة Field Sales. مكان العمل: بغداد – اليرموك الدوام: 8 ساعات يوميًا – عدا يوم الجمعة. الراتب: يُحدد بعد المقابلة وفقًا للخبرة والكفاءة. للتقديم: [email protected] يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية (CV) مع ذكر اسم الوظيفة في عنوان الرسالة. للتقديم عن طريق الموقع : https://khana.jobs/jobs/5225 فرصتكم ويانة أكبر 🧡
