تحية طيبة تعلن شركة بايو گارد للمكملات الغذائية (Bio Guard) عن حاجتها إلى ضم مدخل بيانات كفء ودقيق للانضمام إلى فريق عملنا في مقر الشركة. المهام والمسؤوليات: إدخال وتحديث بيانات الفواتير و المنتجات و المبيعات/المخزون على الأنظمة والبرامج الخاصة بالشركة بدقة وسرعة. مراجعة البيانات وتدقيقها لضمان خلوها من الأخطاء. تنظيم وأرشفة الملفات والفواتير الإلكترونية. إعداد التقارير الدورية البسيطة الخاصة بالبيانات المدخلة. الحفاظ على سرية وآمان بيانات الشركة. الشروط والمتطلبات: يفضل خريج احد الاقسام التالية ( محاسبة ، ادارة اعمال ، اي قسم ذو صلة ) إجادة برامج Microsoft Office (خصوصاً Excel و Word) وأدوات Google Sheets. سرعة ودقة عالية في الطباعة والكتابة مع اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل. مهارات ممتازة في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت. تفاصيل العمل: مكان العمل: بغداد - حي الجامعة. ⏰ ساعات العمل: 7 ساعات يومياً. أيام العمل: 6 أيام في الأسبوع (مع يوم استراحة أسبوعي). الراتب: يُحدد أثناء المقابلة بناءً على الخبرة والكفاءة. طريقة التقديم: للراغبين في التقديم، يُرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية (CV) مع صورة شخصية عبر الواتساب : 07838025543 (يُرجى كتابة "مدخل بيانات" في عنوان الرسالة ) للتقديم عن طريق الموقع : https://khana.jobs/jobs/5195 فرصتكم ويانة أكبر 🧡
