**Job Vacancy – Operations & Returns Supervisor** **Company: Al Zaeem Express Delivery** **Location: Dora Expressway – Opposite Changan Company, Baghdad** **Al Zaeem Express Delivery is looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-driven professional to join our Operations Department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations who can drive continuous improvement—not just perform day-to-day tasks.** **Key Responsibilities** **Manage and supervise the Returns Warehouse (Reverse Logistics), ensuring accurate receiving, sorting, storage, and documentation of returned shipments.** **Support the Operations Manager in planning, monitoring, and improving daily operational performance.** **Analyze operational challenges and implement practical solutions to increase efficiency and reduce errors.** **Develop and improve warehouse and returns processes based on best operational practices.** **Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Support, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth workflow.** **Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular reconciliation of returned items.** **Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and recommendations for management.** **Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.** **Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of the returns team.** **Requirements** **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.** **Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, warehousing, or logistics, preferably within a well-established delivery, e-commerce, or supply chain company.** **Proven experience in process improvement and operational development.** **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.** **Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.** **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.** **Experience with ERP/WMS systems is highly preferred.** **Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.** **What We’re Looking For** **We are looking for someone who goes beyond daily operations—someone who can identify operational gaps, introduce better processes, improve team performance, and contribute to building a more efficient and scalable operation.** **Salary & Benefits** **Salary starts from IQD 1,000,000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities.** **To apply, please send your CV to:** **📧 ****[email protected]**
