Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead sales and business development activities. ✅ Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. ✅ Drive sales growth across the company's brands and locations. ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts. ✅ Develop sales strategies, targets, reporting systems, and follow-up processes. ✅ Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Management teams. ✅ Monitor sales performance and achieve commercial objectives. ✅ Recruit, train, and lead future sales team members. Requirements ✔️ Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Commercial Management. ✔️ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ✔️ Ability to work independently and take ownership of results. ✔️ Commercial mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. ✔️ Experience building sales systems and developing teams. ✔️ Good command of Kurdish, Arabic, and English is preferred. ✔️ Experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, or Franchising is an advantage.
