Hiring: Procurement & Contract Director 📍 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region A well-known Oil & Gas Company is seeking an experienced Procurement & Contract Director to lead procurement, contract management, and commercial activities across major projects. #Responsibilities: - Lead procurement and contract management functions. - Develop procurement strategies and ensure cost-effective purchasing. - Manage tendering, bidding, contract negotiation, and vendor selection. - Oversee supplier performance and contract compliance. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Collaborate with project, engineering, legal, and finance teams. - Identify and mitigate procurement and contractual risks. #Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field (Master's is an advantage). - 10+ years of experience in procurement and contract management within the Oil & Gas industry. - Strong knowledge of EPC, upstream, midstream, or downstream contracts. - Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong understanding of procurement best practices and commercial risk management.
