We're Hiring | After-Sales Services Supervisor- Baghdad 📍 Location: Baghdad, Iraq 🏢 Company: Bahar Holding – Issin 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 📱 Industry: Electronics Bahar Holding – Issin is looking for a dedicated and experienced After-Sales Services Supervisor to lead our after-sales operations and ensure the highest standards of technical support and customer satisfaction for our electronics business. Key Responsibilities • Supervise the daily operations of the After-Sales Services Department, including service scheduling, technician assignment, and work order management. • Ensure timely and high-quality maintenance, repair, and warranty services for electronic products. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, service procedures, and quality control standards. • Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure the availability of spare parts, tools, and equipment. • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams by providing customer feedback and recommendations for product and service improvements. • Monitor service performance, prepare operational reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. • Lead, coach, and develop the after-sales service team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. • 4–6 years of experience in after-sales services, maintenance, or technical support, preferably within the electronics industry. • Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred. Required Skills • Strong technical knowledge of electronic products, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. • Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills. • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination abilities. • Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
