Medical Representative (B2B) About the Role Build strategic partnerships with physicians, sports clubs, and educational institutions to expand our referral network and promote Neuron's rehabilitation services. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in medical sales or healthcare B2B. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage. 2. Call Center Agent About the Role Serve as the first point of contact for patients by managing calls, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information about our services. Requirements Experience in a call center or customer support (healthcare is a plus). Excellent communication and active listening skills. Professional, empathetic, and target-oriented. Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. 3. Customer Care Agent About the Role Deliver an exceptional patient experience by supporting patients throughout their treatment journey and ensuring high satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field. Experience in customer service or patient relations. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic (English is a plus). 4. Digital Marketing Manager About the Role Lead digital marketing campaigns to strengthen Neuron's brand, generate leads, and support business growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing and social media management. Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, and analytics.
