We’re Hiring: Marketing Supervisor Flamingo is seeking a Growth Marketing Supervisor to oversee the company’s marketing activities and digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate directly with the Graphic Designer, prepare clear and effective creative briefs, and ensure all designs align with the brand identity. • Develop creative marketing ideas and propose campaigns, promotional offers, and content tailored to the Iraqi market. • Coordinate with the Sales Team, align marketing campaigns with sales objectives, and organize the lead handover process. • Forecast campaign performance, allocate marketing budgets, and measure Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). • Manage relationships with Creative and Media Buying Agencies and follow up on the quality and timely delivery of their work. • Prepare and present clear monthly performance reports to management, covering key metrics such as ROAS, Conversions, and CAC. Technical Requirements: • Experience with campaign management and analytics tools such as WebEngage or similar platforms, including CleverTap and MoEngage, as well as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. • Knowledge of App Marketing, including App Store Optimization (ASO), app installation campaigns, and the measurement of CPI and Retention. Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the travel, technology, or e-commerce industry. • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
