The ideal candidate will assist with sales invoices, banking transactions, dealer accounts, financial records, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth financial processes. Key Responsibilities • Prepare vehicle sales invoices through the CRM system. • Prepare bank transfers, deposits, and related documentation. • Maintain organized financial records and filing systems. • Coordinate with internal departments to obtain required documents. • Support the Finance Supervisor with daily operational tasks.
