📢 JOB OPPORTUNITY | IRAQ 🛢 Jet Pump Operator **Department:** Operations **Reports To:** Jet Pump Supervisor **Experience:** 3–5 Years **Working Location:** Site Based – Iraq **Work Rotation:** **21 Days On Site / 10 Days Off** **Shift:** Day Shift / Night Shift **Application Date:** 7 August 2026 📌 POSITION SUMMARY The **Jet Pump Operator** is responsible for the safe operation, monitoring, inspection, and basic maintenance of hydraulic jet pump systems used in oil production operations. The role ensures optimum well performance, production efficiency, equipment reliability, and compliance with company **HSSE standards**. 🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate and monitor jet pump systems according to company procedures. • Start up, shut down, and adjust jet pump equipment as required. • Monitor well production rates, pressures, temperatures, and fluid levels. • Optimize pump performance to maximize oil production and minimize downtime. • Record daily production data and operating parameters. • Inspect pumping equipment, power fluid pumps, manifolds, valves, pipelines, and wellheads. • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance. • Replace or assist with replacing worn components, seals, valves, and filters. • Monitor injection pump pressures and power fluid systems. • Monitor suction and discharge pressures. • Collect production samples when required. • Record well production and downtime. • Monitor chemical injection systems. • Detect leaks and report equipment abnormalities. • Perform routine field rounds. • Participate in production optimization activities. • Assist during well intervention operations. • Coordinate with maintenance and well intervention teams. • Ensure proper equipment isolation before maintenance. • Prepare daily shift handover reports. • Follow all **HSSE** policies and **Permit-to-Work (PTW)** procedures. 🎓 QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or equivalent – minimum requirement. • Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Petroleum, Process Operations, or related discipline is preferred. • **3–5 years of relevant experience** in oil production or jet pump operations. 📜 REQUIRED CERTIFICATES • Valid **H₂S Certificate**. • Valid **Jet Pump Training Certificate**. • Valid Jet Pump competency records. • Previous client reference letters and supporting documents are an advantage. 🛠 TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES • Ability to read **P&IDs**, process flow diagrams, and operating manuals. • Familiarity with pressure gauges and flow meters. • Knowledge of process instrumentation. • Understanding of hydraulic jet pump systems and oil production operations. • Ability to identify abnormal operating conditions and respond appropriately. 🔄 WORK ROTATION 🏗 **21 Days ON Site** 🏠 **10 Days OFF at Home** 📲 APPLY NOW Please send your **UPDATED CV + CERTIFICATES** via WhatsApp: 📞 **0750 017 7279** ⚠️ Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #JetPumpOperator #OilAndGasJobs #IraqJobs #OilfieldJobs #OperationsJobs #ProductionJobs #HSSE #FJK #FindJobKurdistan
