Key Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning) according to standard recipes. Assist chefs in cooking menu items to ensure high quality and consistency. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safe food-handling standards. Safely operate kitchen equipment and monitor ingredient inventory. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy shifts. Requirements & Qualifications: Prior kitchen or food service experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of food prep, kitchen equipment, and hygiene practices. Ability to follow recipes accurately and work flexible shifts.
