Training Coordinator - ROOK Company Department: Training Location: Baghdad, Iraq Employment Type: Full-time About the Role ROOK is looking for a Training Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, promotion, and smooth execution of the company’s training programs. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, confident in communicating with clients and trainers, and comfortable appearing on camera for promotional content. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise training courses, including schedules and program arrangements. Communicate with clients and identify their training needs and recommend suitable courses. Prepare and publish training course advertisements across the company’s social media platforms. Manage participant registrations and coordinate with attendees before and during courses. Coordinate with trainers and ensure all training requirements are ready. Prepare, update, and maintain training schedules. Monitor attendance and maintain all relevant training records and documents. Assist in preparing promotional and introductory content for training courses. Appear on camera and participate in creating and presenting promotional content for social media. Represent the company professionally and confidently across social media platforms. Respond professionally to client inquiries and refer technical questions to the relevant department when required. Contribute to developing and maintaining the client and trainee database and follow up with them regularly. Requirements Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Media, Communications, Education, Training, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, customer service, marketing, or a related field. Good command of Arabic and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Confident and comfortable speaking and appearing in front of a camera. Professional appearance and communication style. Ability to represent the company professionally on social media platforms. Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic content creation is preferred.
