We are hiring: Online Sales & E-Shop Officer Company: Al Riyad Group Company for lighting solutions, smart systems, and fire protection systems. Location: Baghdad, Iraq Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Team Leader (Primary) / Retail Sales Manager (Secondary) Qualifications: 1 - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field. 2 - 2–4 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce management, or online customer service. 3 - Experience in retail, home decor, or electrical consumer products is a strong plus. 4 - Proven experience managing an online store platform (e.g., Gini, Miswag, Toters, etc.) is required. 5 - Experience coordinating order fulfillment with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams. 6 - Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, Instagram/Facebook messaging, and other digital customer communication platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1 - Manage online sales inquiries through approved digital channels and convert leads into confirmed sales. 2 - Handle customer communication and order confirmation through the official WhatsApp Business number. 3 - Manage daily E-Shop operations, including orders, cancellations, delivery follow-up, pricing, and stock availability. 4 - Manage online sales related to GINI Installment (Aqsati) and follow up on customer applications. 5 - Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment. 6 - Identify and maintain key items for online sales based on stock availability and sales priority. 7 - Monitor online sales performance and provide regular sales reports and updates. 8 - Create basic product photos, short videos, and product explanations to support online sales. 9 - Produce a minimum of two on-camera reels per week and support Marketing with two professional product reels per month. 10 - Coordinate scripts, messaging, and publishing with the Marketing Department in accordance with company standards.
