We are hiring: CRM & Admin Specialist Company: Al Riyad Group Company for lighting solutions, smart systems, and fire protection systems. Location: Baghdad, Iraq Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Team Leader Qualifications: 1 - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field. 2 - Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in CRM, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or Commercial Operations. 3 - Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is preferred. 4 - Good working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and sales-related transactions. 5 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 6 - Good command of Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
