Sales Representative – Retail Sales (Erbil – Baghdad- Sulaymaniyah- Duhok) Company: Italian Coffee Company Department: Sales Position: Sales Representative – Retail Sales Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our Retail Sales team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, with strong communication and customer relationship skills. Key Responsibilities • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. • Visit retail outlets and customers regularly to promote company products. • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base. • Present and promote products effectively to customers. • Follow up on customer orders, payments, and sales activities. • Monitor product availability, pricing, and market activities. • Collect and report market feedback, customer needs, and competitor information. • Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales performance. • Ensure company products are properly displayed and promoted at retail locations. • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives. • Follow company sales policies, procedures, and reporting requirements. Requirements • 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Food & Beverage / FMCG. • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. • Target-oriented and self-motivated. • Good knowledge of the local retail market. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to travel and visit customers/retail outlets as required. • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting. Languages • Kurdish: Required • Arabic: Required • English: Preferred Preferred Skills • Previous experience with coffee, food, beverages, or FMCG products is highly preferred. • Strong sales and negotiation skills. • Good interpersonal and presentation skills. • Ability to build long-term customer relationships. الوصف الوظيفي – مندوب مبيعات (مبيعات التجزئة) (اربيل - بغداد- سليمانية - دهوك) الشركة: شركة قهوة إيطالية القسم: المبيعات المسمى الوظيفي: مندوب مبيعات – مبيعات التجزئة نبحث عن مندوب مبيعات نشيط وذو توجه قوي نحو تحقيق النتائج للانضمام إلى فريق مبيعات التجزئة. يُفضل أن يكون لدى المرشح خبرة من سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون الخبرة في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات (F&B) أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول (FMCG)، مع مهارات قوية في التواصل وبناء علاقات العملاء. المسؤوليات الرئيسية • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة والمساهمة في زيادة إيرادات الشركة. • بناء وتطوير علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين. • زيارة المتاجر ونقاط البيع والعملاء بشكل منتظم للترويج لمنتجات الشركة. • البحث عن فرص مبيعات جديدة وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء. • تقديم وشرح المنتجات للعملاء بطريقة احترافية. • متابعة طلبات العملاء والمدفوعات والأنشطة البيعية. • متابعة توفر المنتجات والأسعار وأنشطة المنافسين في السوق. • جمع ملاحظات السوق واحتياجات العملاء ومعلومات المنافسين ورفعها للإدارة. • إعداد تقارير المبيعات الدورية ومتابعة أداء المبيعات. • التأكد من توفر المنتجات وعرضها بالشكل المناسب داخل نقاط البيع. • التعاون مع أقسام المبيعات والتسويق والعمليات لتحقيق أهداف الشركة. • الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات المبيعات ونظام التقارير المعتمد في الشركة. المتطلبات • خبرة 2–3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات. • يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال الأغذية والمشروبات أو السلع الاستهلاكية (FMCG). • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض وبناء علاقات العملاء. • شخصية طموحة وموجهة لتحقيق الأهداف. • معرفة جيدة بالسوق المحلي وقطاع التجزئة. • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق. • الاستعداد للتنقل وزيارة العملاء ونقاط البيع حسب متطلبات العمل. • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وإعداد تقارير المبيعات الأساسية. اللغات المطلوبة • العربية: مطلوبة • الكوردية: مطلوبة • الإنجليزية: يفضل أن تكون جيدة المهارات المفضلة • خبرة سابقة في القهوة أو الأغذية أو المشروبات أو منتجات الـFMCG تعتبر ميزة قوية. • مهارات…
