We are hiring: CRM & Admin Specialist Company: Al Riyad Group Company for lighting solutions, smart systems, and fire protection systems. Location: Baghdad, Iraq Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Team Leader Qualifications: 1 - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field. 2 - Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in CRM, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or Commercial Operations. 3 - Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is preferred. 4 - Good working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and sales-related transactions. 5 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 6 - Good command of Arabic and English, both written and verbal. Key Responsibilities – Summary : 1 - Monitor and maintain the CRM system to ensure customer, lead, Business Partner, and sales opportunity records are accurate, complete, properly classified, and regularly updated. 2 - Follow up with Sales teams on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure active opportunities are continuously updated with the correct stage, value, probability, expected closing date, and next action. 3 - Review CRM opportunities and identify missing, outdated, duplicated, inactive, or incomplete records and coordinate with Sales teams for corrective action. 4 - Track and monitor the full sales pipeline across Projects, Wholesale, Retail, Showrooms, Interior, and Electrical business lines. 5 - Monitor overdue activities, inactive opportunities, delayed follow-ups, and stalled deals, and highlight required actions to Sales teams and Management.
