Key Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate assessments. Build and maintain a qualified talent pool. Support performance evaluation and employee development initiatives. Coordinate with managers to identify hiring needs.
