Job Summary The Sales Data Entry Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and timely recording of all sales transactions and records, supporting reliable financial reporting and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Enter sales transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Verify and validate supporting sales documentation. Maintain, organize, and archive sales records. Reconcile records and identify any discrepancies for resolution. Assist in preparing reports and supporting audit activities.Coordinate with Sales and other departments to ensure data accuracy. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements. Education & Experience ✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. ✅ Previous experience in accounting, sales administration, or data entry is preferred.
