📢 مطلوب محامي تعلن شركة كنوز آشور عن حاجتها إلى محامي لمتابعة وإنجاز جميع الشؤون والمعاملات القانونية الخاصة بالشركة. نظام العمل: - 5 أيام في الأسبوع. - ساعتان يوميا داخل الشركة. - يكون المحامي مسؤولا عن متابعة وإنجاز جميع الإجراءات والمعاملات القانونية الخاصة بالشركة خارج الشركة، ومراجعة الجهات الرسمية ذات العلاقة حسب الحاجة. - بعد إنجاز المراجعات والمعاملات الخارجية، يكون الدوام داخل الشركة لمدة ساعتين يوميا لمتابعة الملفات والشؤون القانونية. المهام والمسؤوليات: - متابعة تسجيل الشركة وإكمال جميع الإجراءات والمتطلبات القانونية اللازمة. - متابعة وإنجاز المعاملات القانونية الخاصة بالشركة لدى الجهات الرسمية. - متابعة جميع الملفات القانونية والتأكد من إكمال الإجراءات المطلوبة ضمن المواعيد المحددة. الراتب: 750,000 دينار عراقي العنوان: بغداد / حي البنوك المتطلبات: - حاصل على شهادة بكالوريوس في القانون. - خبرة في قانون الشركات والعقود والمعاملات التجارية. - معرفة جيدة بإجراءات تسجيل الشركات والعلامات التجارية. - الالتزام والمتابعة المستمرة وإنجاز المهام ضمن المواعيد المطلوبة. - يمتلك هوية نقابة المحامين، على أن تكون فئتها ب كحد أدنى. 📲 للتقديم: يرجى إرسال الـCV عبر الواتساب فقط على الرقم: 07711222724
