Al-Taawon Company is looking for an HR Officer to support HR operations and handle employee records, documents, letters, and compliance tasks. A bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-2 years of HR experience are required.
Job Vacancy: HR Officer Al-Taawon Company is looking for an HR Officer to support the company’s HR operations and ensure accurate and timely execution of employee-related processes in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Apply and record employee violations, disciplinary actions, and penalties on the HR system in accordance with the company’s internal policies and approved procedures. • Review and verify that all required documents and employment contracts for new employees are complete and accurate before final approval and entry into the HR system. • Prepare and issue letters of appreciation and recognition for employees in coordination with the relevant departments. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality. • Process and update employee information, including changes related to transfers, promotions, status changes, and other personnel movements. • Monitor compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations. • Prepare HR letters, certificates, and other official employee-related documents as required. • Follow up on missing or incomplete employee documentation and ensure timely completion. • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive HR matters professionally. • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR management. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any related field. • 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel, or a similar HR role. • Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and personnel administration. • Experience working with HR systems. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing employee documents. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
