LOK company is looking for a highly organized and experienced Tender & Ministry Affairs Officer to manage government tender activities, tender documentation, and communication with the Ministry of Health and government healthcare institutions. Tender & Ministry Affairs Officer – Erbil Key Responsibilities: Manage and follow up on government and Ministry of Health tenders. Prepare, organize, and submit tender documents. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Technical, and Management teams. Follow up on tender results, contracts, purchase orders, and government correspondence. Maintain professional relationships with the Ministry of Health and Health Directorates. Monitor new government procurement opportunities. LOK has extensive experience with Ministry of Health tenders and government healthcare projects across Erbil, Duhok, and Sulaymaniyah. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Medical Sciences, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in government tenders, preferably medical equipment. Experience dealing with the Ministry of Health / Health Directorates. Strong knowledge of tender documentation and procedures. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic & English – Mandatory.
