Al-Suror Information Technology is hiring a technical support specialist in Baghdad, Al-Sinaa Street. The role includes solving hardware, software, and network problems, and installing accounting software with training.

🚹🚹 مطلوب موظف 🚹🚹 شركة السرور لتكنلوجيا المعلومات تعلن عن حاجتها إلى أخصائي دعم فني للعمل ضمن فريقها. العنوان الوظيفي: مختص نصب البرامج المحاسبية مع التدريب مكان العمل: بغداد شارع الصناعة أوقات الدوام: من 9 صباحاً إلى 4 مساءً اضافة الى احتمالية العمل بعد اوقات الدوام بأجور مدفوعة . الراتب الاسمي : يبدأ من 600,000 دينار – مع مخصصات عمل اضافية حسب الانجاز اليومي والاوفر تايم نبذة عن الوظيفة: نبحث عن شخص ملتزم ودقيق في عمله لشغل منصب أخصائي الدعم الفني والنصب ، لمساعدة المستخدمين في حل المشاكل التقنية، والحفاظ على سير عمل الأنظمة بسلاسة و نصب الاجهزة والبرامجيات. تشمل المهام: حل مشكلات الأجهزة، البرمجيات، والشبكات تقديم حلول فعالة وسريعة للمستخدمين دعم فريق العمل والعملاء لضمان أفضل أداء للأنظمة والبرامج وضمان رضا العملاء المؤهلات المطلوبة: شهادة بكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسوب أو تخصص مشابه خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الدعم الفني خبرة سابقة في نفس المهام لدية القدرة على التطور والتعلم وتطوير العمل القدرة على فهم العملاء والتواصل معهم بمستوى علمي مناسب للتقديم: [email protected] للتقديم يرجى ارسال السيرة الذاتية على الايميل مع ذكر عنوان الوظيفة في عنوان الايميل
