We're #Hiring Outbound Sales Agent at ULA • Location: Baghdad - Al-Mansour, 14 Ramadan Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 06:00 PM Working Days: 6 days/week Remote Work: 2 days/week Who We're Looking For We're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Agent who will be responsible for proactively contacting potential students and customers, converting potential customers into enrollments, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and consistent follow-up. What You'll Do Make outbound calls and messages to potential students and customers. Present and explain educational programs, courses, and offers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning solutions. Follow up with leads and work to convert them into enrollments. Achieve individual sales and enrollment targets. Update lead and customer information in the CRM system. Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve conversion rates. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in Sales or Telesales is preferred. Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset. Good command of Arabic and English. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
