Job Vacancy | Branch Administration Manager One of the Iraqi banks is looking for a Branch Administration Manager to join its team in Basra – Basra Branch Requirements: Iraqi nationality. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3–10 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably within the banking or financial sector. Good experience in managing administrative and operational activities. Strong team management, coordination, and follow-up skills. Good command of English. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily administrative and operational activities of the branch. Monitor staff performance and coordinate tasks across departments. Ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures. Manage branch correspondence, documents, records, and administrative requirements. Coordinate with Head Office and relevant departments. Follow up on the branch’s administrative needs, resources, and services. Prepare and follow up on regular administrative reports. Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and workflow. Handle day-to-day administrative issues and ensure appropriate solutions.
