📢 JOB ANNOUNCEMENT | TALENT MANAGEMENT HEAD 📍 Location: Sulaymaniyah Join our Human Resources Team as a Talent Management Head and play a key role in developing and managing talent across the organization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Establish and lead a structured Talent Management function. • Strengthen employee retention and succession planning strategies. • Develop and prepare future leaders within the organization. • Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and job description development. • Lead the identification of training needs, training plans, budgeting, and training effectiveness assessments. 🔹 Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management. • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. • Excellent command of English and Arabic. 📩 How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to send their CV to: 📧 [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
