مطلوب للتوظيف مسؤول عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات Food & Beverage Operations تعلن Shaham Group عن حاجتها إلى مسؤول عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات للإشراف على العمليات التشغيلية اليومية لجميع المطاعم والكافيهات التابعة للشركة، وضمان تحقيق أعلى مستويات الجودة والخدمة والمبيعات والربحية. المهام والمسؤوليات: الإشراف على التشغيل اليومي لجميع المطاعم والكافيهات. متابعة أداء الفروع والتأكد من تحقيق أهداف المبيعات. وضع ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية KPIs الخاصة بكل فرع. الإشراف على مدراء الفروع والمشرفين وفرق العمل. متابعة جودة الأطعمة والمشروبات ومستوى الخدمة. التأكد من تطبيق معايير النظافة والصحة والسلامة الغذائية. متابعة Food Cost وBeverage Cost وتقليل الهدر والتالف. مراقبة المخزون والمواد الأولية والتنسيق مع قسم المشتريات والمخازن. متابعة المصاريف والتكاليف التشغيلية والعمل على تحسين الربحية. تحليل المبيعات والأداء التشغيلي واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية. متابعة رضا العملاء ومعالجة الشكاوى والملاحظات. تدريب وتطوير مدراء الفروع والموظفين ورفع كفاءة فرق العمل. التأكد من الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة ومعايير التشغيل. إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء المطاعم والكافيهات ورفعها للإدارة العليا. المساهمة في افتتاح الفروع الجديدة ووضع خطط التشغيل والتوظيف والتدريب. تطوير العمليات وتحسين تجربة العملاء وزيادة المبيعات والربحية. الراتب: يبدأ من 1,500,000 دينار عراقي، ويحدد حسب الخبرة والكفاءة. للتقديم، يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى: [email protected] يرجى ذكر اسم المنصب "Food & Beverage Operations" عند التقديم. --- JOB VACANCY Food & Beverage Operations Shaham Group is looking for a Food & Beverage Operations professional to oversee the daily operations of all restaurants and cafés, ensuring high standards of quality, service, sales, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of all restaurants and cafés. Monitor branch performance and ensure sales targets are achieved. Set and monitor branch KPIs. Supervise Branch Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams. Monitor food and beverage quality and service standards. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and food safety standards. Monitor Food Cost and Beverage Cost and reduce waste and losses. Control inventory and raw materials in coordination with Procurement and Warehouse teams. Monitor operating expenses and costs to improve profitability. Analyze sales and operational performance and implement corrective actions. Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints and feedback. Train and develop Branch Managers and employees to improve team performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Prepare regular performance reports for senior management. Support new branch openings, including operational plans, recruitment, and training. Develop operational processes and improve customer experience, sales, and profitability.
