Quality Advertising, Marketing & Artistic Production is seeking a qualified Marketing Manager to join its team. المهام والمتطلبات | REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS * خبرة عملية من سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في مجال التسويق، ويفضّل في وكالات الدعاية والإعلان. 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency. * القدرة على إعداد خطط واستراتيجيات تسويقية متكاملة وتقديمها للعملاء وإقناعهم بها باحترافية. Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and confidently present and pitch them to clients. * مهارة إجراء دراسات السوق وتحليل المنافسين وتحديد الفرص التسويقية. Strong skills in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying market opportunities. * خبرة سابقة بالعمل ضمن فريق تسويقي وإدارة المشاريع والمهام. Previous experience working within a marketing team and managing projects and tasks. * القدرة على قيادة الفريق ومتابعة الأداء ومراجعة الأعمال واكتشاف الأخطاء وضمان جودة التنفيذ. Ability to lead and supervise the team, review deliverables, identify errors, and ensure quality standards. * القدرة على تطوير آليات العمل ورفع كفاءة الفريق وزيادة إنتاجية الشركة. Ability to improve workflows, enhance team efficiency, and increase company productivity. * امتلاك مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية ومهارات تواصل عالية. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. شرط أساسي للتقديم | MANDATORY REQUIREMENT تقديم نماذج فعلية من الخطط التسويقية السابقة، مع توضيح دور المتقدم في إعدادها وتنفيذها، وإبراز خبرته في إدارة الفريق والمشاريع.
