📢 WE’RE HIRING | HR OFFICER Kazo Group is seeking a qualified, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Officer to join its team in Erbil, Iraq. 📍 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq 💼 Position: HR Officer 🏢 Company: Kazo Group 📋 Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation. - Coordinate recruitment, candidate selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes. - Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and related HR records. - Ensure accurate employee data management and effective use of the HR management system. - Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. - Prepare regular HR reports and maintain up-to-date organizational records. - Coordinate with department managers on employee-related matters. - Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies. ✅ Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Previous experience in a similar HR role. - Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, and HR administration. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems; experience with WebHR or Odoo is preferred. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality. - Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. 📩 How to Apply Interested and qualified candidates are invited to send their updated CV to: 📧 [email protected] Email Subject: HR Officer #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
