WE’RE HIRING | HR MANAGER 📍 Erbil, Iraq Diri Al Nassir Security Services and Private Guards (DANSS) is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR operations across our projects and branches. Qualified Iraqi and international candidates are welcome to apply. Key responsibilities: • Lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and personnel mobilization across project sites. • Manage local and expatriate employee records, contracts, attendance and leave; coordinate residency and work permits with the relevant teams. • Oversee payroll preparation and verification with Finance, ensuring accurate employee and attendance data. • Develop HR policies, employee relations, performance management and training; maintain reliable HRMS/ERP records and confidential management reports. Requirements: • Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, with relevant HR management experience. • Strong leadership, organization and communication skills in a multicultural, multi-site environment; security-sector experience is an advantage. • Proficiency in Excel and HRMS/ERP systems; strong written and spoken English.
