Mesopo is hiring in Erbil—Marketplace App Operator We are looking for an application marketplace operator to help onboard and support sellers on our platform. The role involves visiting sellers, training them on the platform, helping them upload and manage products, explaining the platform's benefits, providing ongoing customer support, and ensuring sellers successfully use the platform. About the role You will be the main point of contact between the marketplace and its sellers. You will visit sellers at their businesses, explain how the application works, demonstrate the seller dashboard and its tools, and help them understand how joining the marketplace can increase their online presence and sales rather than negatively affect their existing business. You will also assist sellers with product data entry, marketplace operations, reporting, and ongoing support. A good understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces such as Amazon, iBazar, Miswag, or similar platforms is highly preferred. Responsibilities - Visit sellers and onboard them to marketplace platform - Explain the platform and demonstrate the seller dashboard - Train sellers on products, orders, sales, reports, traffic, and other platform features - Explain how the platform complements their existing sales channels - Help sellers understand their sales, traffic, views, and performance data - Train sellers on the system's ERP tools, including cashier, accounting, invoices, inventory, HR, and related features - Enter and organize seller product data - Assist sellers with product listings and updates - Provide ongoing seller/customer support - Follow up with sellers and help resolve operational issues - Collect seller feedback and communicate it to the marketplace team Requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and professional personality - Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces - Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, iBazar, Miswag, or similar - Comfortable visiting and training business owners - Basic computer and data-entry skills - Kurdish and Arabic required; English is a plus - Must have a valid driver's license and own car - Ability to work independently and manage multiple sellers Benefits - Work with a growing local e-commerce marketplace - Hands-on experience in e-commerce and marketplace operations - Opportunity to build relationships with local businesses and sellers - Training and professional development - Performance-based growth opportunities Send your CV Mesopo Technologies https://coms.mesopo.net/en/careers/app-marketplace-operator
