The position is based in Erbil with 8 working hours and 6 days per week. Duties include follow-up on existing and new customer contracts, handling new customer inquiries, and supporting Duhok and Sulaymaniyah branches.
Cihan Auto-Trading Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy: Position: After Sales ODM Executive Location: Erbil - Kurdistan Region Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu) Duties and responsibilities: Follow-up on Existing Customer Contracts Follow-up on New Customer Contracts Handling New Customer Inquiries (Tender or Email) Administrative Support for Duhok and Sulaymaniah Branches Administrative Support for Active Contract Customers Monthly Activity Reporting to TIQ Collation of VOC and Feedback from Existing Customers Identify new customers and new business opportunities Internal National Skill Contest activities Education, Job Requirements & Skills: Proficiency in Kurdish and English, and Arabic language (Spoken and Written). Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Related job and internship experience. Effective written and verbal communication skills. A high level of attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Competency in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel, and to has a background in google sheets.. Good organization skills. Ability to work under pressure & austere Conditions.
