MEDWR is hiring a content creator for Baghdad, Al-Qadisiyah. The role is full-time in the post, with 6 working hours per day and one flexible work-from-home day per week.
💼 فرصة عمل جديدة Content Creator MEDWR – Baghdad At MEDWR, we’re looking for someone who develops thoughtful content, understands its purpose, and knows how it contributes to a larger campaign. This full-time role is dedicated to one key client account. You will work closely with MEDWR’s creative, strategy, production, and account management teams to turn brand objectives into clear ideas and engaging content. Responsibilities • Develop content for social media platforms, aligned with the brand’s objectives and audience. • Build and maintain content calendars that support campaigns and ongoing communication. • Write captions, ad copy, video scripts, and campaign content. • Research, collect, and organize references to support ideas and creative briefs. • Collaborate with design, video, and production teams to bring content concepts to life. • Maintain consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and content direction. • Coordinate with the Account Manager on priorities, deadlines, feedback, and approvals. • Review content performance with the relevant teams and apply insights to future work. We’re Looking For • Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and audience behavior. • A clear sense of audience, tone of voice, and brand positioning. • The ability to generate ideas and develop them into content ready for execution. • Strong Arabic writing skills, including the ability to use Iraqi dialect naturally. • Strong organization, research, and planning skills. • Marketing awareness and an understanding of content’s role within a broader strategy. • Attention to detail and the ability to respond thoughtfully to feedback. Experience Titles matter less than capability. If you’ve developed content that worked, we want to see it. Location Baghdad – Al-Qadisiyah, Iraq Job Type & Working System • Full-time. • 6 working hours per day. • 4 days on-site per week. • 1 flexible work-from-home day per week. • 2 days off per week. Holidays & Exceptional Cases Official state-recognized holidays are days off. Work during holidays is required only for urgent or previously delayed tasks. In cases of force majeure, safety risks, or severe weather, work shifts to remote to ensure everyone’s safety. Salary Determined after the interview.
