We are looking for a proactive Brand Marketing Executive to join our team at Miraaya! In this role, you will support the marketing of both new and existing beauty brands by managing digital assets, coordinating content, and driving a consistent social media presence to boost visibility and sales. Key Responsibilities: - Brand Asset Management: Collaborate closely with brands to source approved visuals, videos, and product updates while maintaining an organised, up-to-date asset library. - Content & Calendar Planning: Prepare and manage a monthly marketing calendar covering brand launches, promotions, and seasonal activities. - Social Media Execution: Schedule and publish approved content across our social media channels, ensuring optimal brand visibility according to commercial priorities. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Brief the internal content team for local assets, and align closely with category, retail, and e-commerce teams. - Performance Tracking: Monitor brand visibility, engagement, and campaign performance, delivering comprehensive monthly reports. Requirements & Qualifications: - Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand support, or social media management. - Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach. - Technical Tools: Familiarity with social media publishing tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets. - Passion: A genuine interest in the beauty and retail industry (content creation experience is a plus!).
