💼 فرصة عمل جديدة WE ARE HIRING – PROCUREMENT OFFICER ( FMCG ) Company: M10 Market Location: Baghdad, Iraq Department: Procurement Employment Type: Full-Time ( 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM) We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement to join our growing team and support efficient purchasing, supplier management, stock replenishment, and supply operations. Key Responsibilities • Support procurement activities in line with company purchasing policies and objectives. • Source, evaluate, and communicate with suppliers and vendors. • Request and compare quotations to obtain the best value for the company. • Prepare, issue, and process Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documentation. • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. • Coordinate with Category Management, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments regarding purchasing requirements. • Monitor stock requirements and initiate replenishment requests when necessary. • Assist in negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements. • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery. • Ensure purchased goods and services meet company specifications and quality standards. • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases. • Resolve procurement issues, including delayed deliveries, shortages, and supplier discrepancies. • Support cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency. • Prepare procurement reports, purchasing analyses, and supplier performance reports. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. • 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or FMCG/retail. • Strong supplier communication and negotiation skills. • Good understanding of purchasing and supply chain processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and procurement/ERP systems. • Ability to work effectively with multiple departments. • English is required; Turkish is preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
