💼 فرصة عمل جديدة Job Vacancy | Senior HVAC Engineer Raban Al-Safina Group is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of HVAC and central cooling systems. 📍 Work Location: American University of Baghdad (AUIB), Baghdad, Iraq Key Responsibilities ● Supervise the operation and maintenance of HVAC and central cooling systems. ● Manage and troubleshoot Chillers, AHUs, Package Units, Split Units, and VRF/VRV systems. ● Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans. ● Diagnose technical faults and ensure timely repairs. ● Supervise HVAC technicians, assign tasks, and monitor work quality. ● Review technical drawings, maintenance records, and equipment performance. ● Prepare technical reports and monitor energy consumption and system efficiency. ● Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and technical standards. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. ● Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HVAC operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. ● Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, and central cooling systems. ● Proven experience in supervising technical teams and managing maintenance activities. ● Strong technical reporting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
