Ayass Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at its lubricant production plant in Al-Karma, Anbar. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience, including at least 2 years in a production management or supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality control, and cost management. - Proven experience in leading production teams and achieving operational targets. - Good understanding of HSE standards and manufacturing best practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems. Good command of English. - Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in lubricant manufacturing, oil blending, petrochemical production, or oil and gas industries is highly preferred.
