Three positions are available: Internal Auditor – Production, Internal Auditor – Supply & Support, and Document Control Officer. The roles audit production or support operations, or manage company procedures, controlled documents, and training records.
Job Details & Open Positions Location: Shoof Factory — Erbil (Mamzwa) Schedule: Full-time (Saturday – Thursday) Eligibility: Kurdish nationality only ( local) 🔹 1. Internal Auditor – Production Role Overview: Audits production-side operations (Mixing, Bottle Production, QC, Technical units) to ensure strict compliance with approved SOPs. Supports drafting new production SOPs, logs non-conformances, and links product quality defects back to process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or related technical field; 2–4 years of experience in production, QC, QA, or internal audit within manufacturing. 🔹 2. Internal Auditor – Supply & Support Role Overview: Audits supply chain and operational support functions (Procurement, Warehouse, Maintenance, Factory HR). Evaluates practices against SOPs (e.g., FIFO/FEFO, inventory counts, purchasing authority, preventive maintenance) and assists in developing documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering; 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, procurement, or internal audit (FMCG/Distribution preferred). 🔹 3. Document Control Officer Role Overview: Manages the central register of all company SOPs, versions, and companion forms. Responsible for document numbering, approval routing, controlled distribution, maintaining training records, and tracking SOP coverage gaps across units. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or Information Management; 1–3 years of experience in document control, quality administration, or records management.
