Executive Director of Support Services | Iraq Raihana Group, a leading construction company overseeing 20+ projects across Baghdad and Samawah, is seeking a seasoned executive to lead its company-wide Support Services function, reporting directly to the CEO. The Role Lead and govern Support Services across Finance, Commercial Affairs, HR & Facilities, and IT Approve organizational structures, policies, and procedures that ensure clear authority and accountability Provide strategic oversight of financial planning, budgeting, and senior-level financial control Oversee tenders, pricing, procurement, and project cost control Approve IT strategy, data security, and service continuity Report periodically to the CEO on readiness, risks, and deviations, and drive efficiency initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or HR (MBA preferred) 15+ years in senior administrative/financial roles, including 5+ years in a leadership position Advanced understanding of corporate governance and strong decision-making ability Strategic and analytical thinking, with uncompromising integrity Excellent leadership and executive communication skills What We Offer Competitive salary Flight tickets Accommodation (meals included) and residency A high-impact executive role in a fast-growing group, with the opportunity to build a corporate framework at scale Nationality: Egyptian nationals preferred Location: Baghdad & Samawah, Iraq All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality. 📩 Apply: [email protected] 📞 Inquiries: +964 772 461 3594
