We Are Hiring | Banking Recruitment Quality Assurance Consultant – Iraq HCDMENA | Part-Time | Remote | Commission-Based HCDMENA is seeking an experienced Banking Recruitment Quality Assurance Consultant based in Iraq to support our recruitment team in maintaining high standards of candidate assessment and selection within the Iraqi banking sector. The selected consultant will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing specialized technical guidance and conducting final quality assurance reviews of shortlisted candidates before submission to our banking clients. Key Responsibilities: Review and validate shortlisted candidates against clients' requirements. Assess candidates' qualifications, professional banking experience, and suitability for assigned positions. Conduct final technical assessments when required. Provide professional recommendations to enhance shortlist quality. Verify compliance with mandatory job requirements and relevant Iraqi banking regulations. Support the recruitment team in maintaining consistent quality standards. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in banking recruitment, talent acquisition, or banking HR. Strong understanding of the Iraqi banking sector and its organizational structures. Proven experience assessing middle and senior-level banking professionals. Excellent analytical, evaluation, and communication skills. Strong professional network within the Iraqi banking industry. Ability to work independently and deliver timely, high-quality assessments.
